Julie Otsuka, author of When the Empire Was Divine, will discuss her book in a Sept. 22 webinar as part of the D.B. Reinhart Institute of Ethics in Leadership lecture series. Her first novel, When the Emperor Was Divine, is an award-winning novel about the internment of a Japanese-American family during World War II.
