FOIA Request to Town of Clay Banks Regarding New Voter Registrations on November 7, 2024.
NE Wisconsin News, a media organization committed to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, has submitted a request under the Wisconsin Open Records Law, §19.31 et seq., for a list of new voters who registered to vote on November 5, 2024.
As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and accountability in public institutions, we believe that access to these records is essential for fulfilling our professional responsibilities. We have requested these records preferably in electronic format for ease of analysis and reporting.
