FOIA Request to Florence County Regarding Vendor Payments in 2024 on September 26, 2024.
As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and accountability in local government, we at NE Wisconsin News have submitted a request under the Wisconsin Open Records Law for a comprehensive list of all payments made to vendors by Florence County from January 1, 2024, until September 26, 2024.
The requested information includes the name of each vendor, the date of each transaction, a description of each transaction, and the amount paid in each transaction. This information is vital for our work as it allows us to hold public institutions accountable and provide accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs.
