City of Marinette issued the following announcement on Nov. 5
The City of Marinette has received Community Development Block Grant funds to develop a plan that will assess the current conditions that pose a threat to the health and welfare of the community and set clear and attainable objectives and policies for the next five years to improve the vitality of the community, as well as the economic well-being of its residents, especially those of low- and moderate-income.
Please join us on Wednesday, November 17th, from 4 to 6 p.m. to discuss draft recommendations. The meeting will be held at the REC Center at 2501 Pierce Avenue. Drop in between 4 and 5 or come for a presentation at 5 p.m.
In addition, people can provide input into what the City of Marinette should prioritize by visiting the project website and filling out a brief survey or submitting comments.
