Final push for Fix at Six
Final push for Fix at Six — 1000 Friends of Wisconsin

On Monday, December 12, 1000 Friends and members of the Coalition for More Responsible Transportation (CMRT) held a press conference about the I-94 expansion project. WisDOT has selected the more expensive, 8-lane expansion as their preferred project and was holding public hearings this week. This decision is a mistake for many environmental, fiscal, and social reasons, but above all it will continue a status quo which leaves vulnerable populations behind. Our coalition held a press conference to highlight these issues and to encourage supporters to testify at the public hearings in favor of the Fix at Six solution. If you have not done so yet, leave a comment online in favor of Fix at Six.
